Review: Exclusive by Simone Sinna

Investigative journalist Stephanie Beauman takes an undercover job helping dangerously attractive Jeffrey Caroway make a documentary on the glamorous International Grand Prix circuit, only to find that former lover Gabriel de Romanos is now an owner of the Argentinean team.

Gabriel will stop at nothing to win both the championship and Stephanie, and sees French driver Jean-Luc as the biggest obstacle to both. Jeffrey, having already rejected her once, now seems intent to keeping an eye on her as they race toward the glittering climax at the new Texas Circuit of the Americas.

Stephanie’s uncovering of murder and corruption involving both Jeffrey and Gabriel puts her own and Jean-Luc’s lives at risk. She must decide who she can trust and who she loves, but will it be too late to save Jean-Luc and find happiness?

I was so excited to finally get the final book in this trilogy. There are a lot of questions to be answered and one BIG decision to be made. Can I just say WOW! I did not see where this was going to end!  I honestly thought it would go another way!  That being said, I was so set, in my mind, on how it would end that I am still a little uncertain how I feel about the ending. Now, looking back, some things I read take on different meaning. You all know what this means...I get to read it again!

The background in this book is the Grand Prix. That meant there was a lot of information to process.  I know absolutely nothing about racing, but thankfully Ms. Sinna explains it all. Or at least what we need to know to enjoy the book. Of course the main focus was Stephanie and who will she choose!

I can't say too much more because there is no WAY I am giving away the ending.  Just know that in addition to choosing between Gabriel and Jeffrey there is a third man thrown into the mix. We also get to learn more about Stephanie's past and Jeffrey's too. And my favorite Russian makes another appearance. He really grew on me in Expose. This book was a fabulous finale to a trio of books that sent the reader on a wild rollercoaster ride of intrigue, passion and danger. Fast paced and full of glitz and glamour, Exclusive is the kind of book I have come to expect of Ms. Sinna.

Sad to see it end, but wow, what a ride it was!

  1. Thanks so much for this! So glad you liked it. Try the new ones but the Were-Devils of Tasmania are quite a bit different!

  3. Hi Ursula,

I write short erotic stories for women. I've found only a few ebook websites that specialise in erotic stories for women. Do you know of a source that would list ebook publishers I can sell on?

    Thanks,
    Charley
